About this fabric

The fabric’s 579gsm weight and 118 threads per centimetre indicate a substantial, closely woven textile suited to upholstery. In this colourway, terracotta-red and russet tones are broken by narrow lighter lines, creating a dry, flame-like vertical texture. The pattern repeat measures 48.5cm vertically by 31.5cm horizontally, while the 126cm usable width supports practical upholstery cutting. The warm cayenne shade reads energetic but softened by the woven variation and pale highlights.

How to use it

Use Niello Cayenne on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm terracotta tone can sit alongside chalky neutrals, natural timber and aged brass. The fine vertical texture will add movement without introducing a large-scale motif.
