Aconite Frost/Sky

Reflect Fabrics FabricHAF0537-01

Aconite Frost/Sky has a pale, icy sky-blue ground scattered with frosted white and deeper blue mottling. Its softly distressed surface reads like a cool, mineral wash, with plenty of light between the denser marks.

About this fabric

This 460gsm Harlequin fabric has the substantial weight expected of an upholstery textile, while its pale blue and white colouring keeps the overall impression fresh rather than heavy. The design is formed from irregular flecks, cloudy patches and fine blue deposits that create a gently textured, organic surface across the swatch. It has a 141cm usable width, with a 75.5cm vertical repeat and 72cm horizontal repeat for planning larger upholstered panels. The supplied construction is recorded at 154 threads per centimetre.

How to use it

Pair the cool Frost/Sky colourway with chalky whites, pale oak and soft grey-blue accents to amplify its airy tone. On a curved chair or upholstered bench, the medium-scale mottling adds visual interest without introducing a strong geometric contrast.

Use this cool, frosted blue upholstery to bring a light, airy finish to occasional chairs, headboards or sofas.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
