Convex Steel/Copper

Reflect Fabrics FabricHAF0265-01

Convex Steel/Copper pairs a pale, cool steel ground with rows of small copper-toned geometric dots. The close-set motif gives the surface a measured rhythm, while the subdued contrast keeps the colourway refined rather than bright.

About this fabric

This 330gsm woven fabric has a softly structured appearance, with the steel background reading as light silver-grey and the copper accents adding a restrained warm glint. Its small pattern repeats every 5.8cm vertically and 6cm horizontally, creating an even dotted texture across the cloth. With a usable width of 139cm and 31 threads per centimetre, it has the visual density and stability suited to upholstery. The cool-and-warm pairing gives Convex Steel/Copper a smart, quietly dimensional finish.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, dining seat or compact sofa where the pale steel tone can lighten the silhouette and the copper dots can echo warm metal, timber or leather accents. Keep surrounding upholstery calm to let the tightly repeated motif provide the detail.

A cool pale-steel ground and warm copper-toned dots bring quiet definition to tailored upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Convex Steel/Copper without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
