About this fabric

The 680gsm construction gives the surface a substantial, closely woven appearance, while the irregular vertical marks create a softly striated texture across the width. Warm tabasco red and olive sit against the cooler putty ground, with small charcoal and blue-grey flecks adding definition rather than high contrast. The pattern repeat measures 35.3cm vertically by 34cm horizontally, making the staggered marks read as a continuous rhythm when joined. It has a 137cm usable width and is supplied in a standard 30m length.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or upholstered headboard where its putty base can settle the room while tabasco red and olive accents add warmth. Repeat the olive in plain cushions or painted joinery, keeping surrounding textiles quiet so the broken vertical weave remains the focus.

Use this dense, multicoloured weave to bring warm tabasco red and olive detail to tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
