About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated elongated diamonds and zigzag lines, with burgundy and moss providing the dominant colour contrast and cream highlights defining each pointed shape. Its 380 gsm weight and 154 threads per cm indicate a substantial, closely woven cloth suited to upholstery applications. The deep burgundy reads warm and grounded, while the moss green introduces a muted natural note rather than a bright green accent. Elota is supplied at a usable width of 139 cm and has a 48.5 cm vertical pattern repeat with an 8.5 cm horizontal repeat.

How to use it

Use Elota Burgundy/Moss on a buttoned armchair, dining chair or ottoman where its dense geometric scale can be seen clearly. Pair the burgundy depth with walnut, aged brass and warm cream, while moss accessories can draw out the quieter green threads.

Use this richly coloured woven upholstery for occasional chairs, dining seats or a statement ottoman, balancing its burgundy and moss depth with warm neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
