About this fabric

This substantial 680gsm textile is suited to upholstery, with a richly textured appearance created by closely packed, uneven vertical bands. Midnight blue provides the deepest ground, while heather, berry and cool lilac flecks break across it in slender, wavering marks. The pattern repeats every 35.3cm vertically and 34cm horizontally, giving the design enough movement to remain visible across a larger upholstered form. With a 137cm usable width and a standard 30m length, it offers practical coverage for coordinated upholstery projects.

How to use it

Pair its cool midnight base with chalky lilac, soft grey or warm ivory upholstery details; the berry accents can be picked up in a restrained cushion or painted timber finish. Its vertical movement is especially effective on a tall headboard or tailored occasional chair.

Use this deep, cool-toned weave on occasional chairs, headboards or a statement sofa with pale lilac and warm neutral accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
