About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric has a 140cm usable width and a 20,000 Martindale rating, making it suited to general domestic upholstery. The surface shown here is a muted charcoal with fine diagonal texture, so the colour looks more layered than flat and gives the cloth a tailored, understated finish. Horizontal and vertical pattern repeats are both 0, which keeps the look clean and uncomplicated. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, offering flexibility across a range of residential projects.

How to use it

Use this charcoal shade on a simple armchair, headboard or bench where its cool depth can ground lighter woods, pale greys and chalky neutrals. It also works well in modern drapery schemes when you want a darker, more architectural window dressing.
