About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this Portland fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe easy to plan across larger pieces. The surface reads as a dry, natural cotton with a gentle grain, while the pale stripes keep the overall effect light and measured rather than high contrast. Its 30,000 Martindale rub test and heavy domestic upholstery grade make it suitable for upholstery as well as drapery and accessories, and it is treatable for FR use in both drapery and upholstery. Colour fastness is rated 5 and pilling 4, supporting everyday use in a restrained stone-beige palette.

How to use it

Use this muted stone stripe on tailored curtains, bench seating or a headboard where you want quiet pattern without losing warmth. It sits especially well with chalky whites, oak and linen textures, bringing a refined, understated finish.

Pair with pale woods and warm neutrals for a calm, tailored look.
