Water Meadow Cobalt 1 is a painterly floral on a soft ivory ground, scattered with cobalt, aqua and pale grey blooms. The fresh, watercolour effect gives the design an airy, garden-inspired feel.

About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 141cm and a 46cm horizontal and vertical pattern repeat, so the floral motif reads clearly across larger pieces as well as soft furnishings. The image shows loose, brushy blossoms in cobalt blue, sky blue, aqua and soft grey, with a few brighter green accents lifting the palette. Its 20,000 Martindale and General Domestic upholstery grade make it suitable for everyday seating as well as drapery and accessories. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, and includes Better Cotton content.

How to use it

The cool cobalt and aqua palette works beautifully with white-painted joinery, linen textures and pale timber. It also brings a fresh contrast to navy accents in a relaxed, layered room.

Use with pale woods and crisp neutrals to let the cobalt and aqua flowers stand out.
