About this fabric

This colourway reads as a cool, softly muted cornflower blue version of the Water Meadow design, lifted by dusty violet petals and gentle grey-green foliage against an ivory base. It is made from 100% cotton, with a usable width of 141cm and a 46cm horizontal and vertical repeat, so the pattern has a clear, balanced rhythm across larger pieces. The fabric is rated General Domestic with a Martindale of 20,000, making it suitable for everyday upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, and the Better Cotton content adds a more considered production note to the specification.

How to use it

Use it on a loose armchair, occasional curtains or a headboard to bring in the cool cornflower and lilac tones without making a room feel heavy. It sits especially well with chalky neutrals, pale oak and brushed brass.
