Santana Hot Pink Wavy

SS23 Images - Babooshka Fabric

This colourway brings a vivid hot pink ground to the wavy Babooshka motif, lifted by lime, orange and blue accents. The textured weave gives the print a lively, slightly slubbed look that feels bright and decorative.

About this fabric

Santana Hot Pink Wavy is woven in 63% cotton, 26% viscose and 11% linen, with a usable width of 134cm and a 45cm horizontal and vertical repeat. It has a heavy domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale of 30,000, so it is suited to everyday furniture as well as statement drapery and accessories. In this colourway the hot pink reads bold and saturated, while the lime bands, coral notes and teal-blue details add a playful retro edge. The surface looks tactile and slightly rustic, with the weave softening the sharpness of the pattern and giving the design more depth. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, making it a practical choice where a strong decorative finish is needed.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, roman blind or cushioned bench where the pink ground can energise the room. It works especially well against warm neutrals, pale oak and crisp white trim.

Pair with plain linen or velvet to let the bold pink and lime pattern stay centre stage.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
