About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 142cm and a 20,000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for General Domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The stripe pattern repeats vertically every 16cm and horizontally every 14cm, with broad buttery yellow bands interrupted by slim chalky white pinstripes. In this colourway, the yellow reads soft and mellow rather than sharp, with a lightly golden cast that catches the light across the weave. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, adding practical versatility to its decorative appeal.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed upholstery, cafe curtains or roman blinds where the warm barley tone can soften timber, rattan and painted neutrals. The crisp white striping keeps it feeling bright, so it layers well into airy coastal or country schemes.

A sunny stripe that works well when you want a cheerful, easygoing finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
