Rewilding Twig Chalk Flat

SS25 Images - Verini & Rewilding Fabric

Rewilding Twig Chalk Flat shows a delicate twig motif drawn in a pale taupe on a chalky ivory ground. The overall effect is light, airy and quietly botanical rather than high-contrast.

About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a usable width of 142cm and a 20,000 Martindale, making it suitable for general domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The repeated twig outline sits softly on the surface, with the 14cm horizontal and 16cm vertical repeat creating a regular, branch-like rhythm across the cloth. In this Chalk Flat colourway, the design reads as warm off-white with muted beige-grey linework, so the pattern is visible without feeling busy. Treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, it offers a practical option where a natural-looking motif is wanted in a restrained palette.

How to use it

Use it on a small sofa, dining chair or roman blind where the chalk ground can keep the room feeling open. It pairs especially well with bleached wood, stone and soft putty tones.

A soft chalk ground keeps the twig motif airy and easy to layer into calm, natural interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Rewilding Twig Chalk Flat without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
