About this fabric

Woven in 59% Polyester, 24% Cotton, 13% Viscose and 3% Linen, this fabric has a usable width of 142cm and a Martindale of 20000, making it suitable for general domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The repeated vertical motif has a large 35cm horizontal repeat and 23cm vertical repeat, creating a tall, decorative stripe with a leafy, almost embroidered look. In this colourway the sapphire base appears closer to a dark teal-navy, while the pattern is picked out in pale ivory and fresh green that give the design a crisp contrast. The woven texture catches the light softly, so the surface feels detailed rather than glossy, with enough body to hold the pattern definition well.

How to use it

Use this colourway on curtains, cushions or a feature chair where the deep teal ground can anchor the room. It works especially well with walnut timber, brushed brass and pared-back neutrals that let the cream detailing shine.

Best for statement curtains or tailored upholstery where the dark ground and botanical stripe can stand out.
