About this fabric

This colourway from the Odyssey collection is a plain design with a subtly variegated look, showing gentle tonal movement across the surface rather than a flat block of colour. In Bluegrass, the shade appears like a dark teal with blue notes and a muted green cast, so it feels more atmospheric than bright. The fabric is 100% polyester and specified for contract use, with a Martindale rating of 50,000, which suits busy upholstery schemes. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and professional dry clean in situ is recommended for care. The overall effect is smart and understated, with enough depth to work hard without looking severe.

How to use it

Use Bluegrass on banquettes, armchairs or panelled seating where its cool depth can balance pale timber, stone or brass details. It also works well alongside warm neutrals and textured naturals, letting the blue-green tone read rich rather than heavy.

A rich, grounded teal that brings depth to contract seating and tailored interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
