About this fabric

Part of the Palermo collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is designed for general domestic use. The surface has a fine, vertical texture that softens the colour, giving the aqua a cool, slightly smoky depth rather than a bright coastal finish. With a Martindale rating of 25,000 and a back-coated fire rating to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it offers reassuring everyday durability. It can be machine washed at 30 degrees or professionally dry cleaned in situ, subject to the pattern book’s care guidance.

How to use it

Use Palermo Aqua on an occasional chair, banquette or tailored cushions where its muted teal tone can add colour without feeling loud. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalk white and soft grey finishes.
