About this fabric

This Paolo colourway reads as a restrained teal with a greyed, slightly weathered undertone, so it feels calm rather than bright. The tight plain weave gives the swatch a fine, tactile grain that catches the light in tiny shifts across the surface. Made in 52% polyester and 48% cotton, it is specified for Heavy Domestic use and offers a 40,000 Martindale result, making it well suited to everyday seating. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with professional dry clean in situ recommended for care.

How to use it

Use Paolo Teal on an armchair, banquette or compact sofa where its muted blue-green tone can anchor the room without overpowering it. It works especially well with pale timber, stone neutrals and softer putty shades.

Pair with warm oak, chalky neutrals or brushed metal for a calm, contemporary scheme.
