About this fabric

This colourway shows a light steel grey tone with a subtly speckled weave that catches the light gently across the surface. Made from 52% Polyester and 48% Cotton, it has the balance of handle and practicality expected of a heavy domestic fabric. The 40,000 Martindale rating and heavy domestic usage make it well suited to seating that needs to look refined as well as stand up to daily use. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with professional dry clean in situ care recommended.

How to use it

Use Paolo Steel on sofas, armchairs or dining chairs where a cooler neutral is needed to sharpen timber, black metal or white-painted surrounds. Its pale, restrained grey pairs especially well with soft blues, charcoal accents and brushed nickel finishes.

A crisp pale grey that works well on tailored seating and clean-lined interiors.
