Pendant Plum

Arco Fabric

Pendant Plum has a deep, dusky plum ground crossed by fine copper-toned lines. The repeating elongated hexagons create a precise, architectural surface, while the close weave gives the colour a softly dimensional depth.

About this fabric

This Kirkby Design Arco colourway is catalogued as a fabric and is shown here as a dense, structured weave. Slim copper and muted rose lines outline alternating elongated hexagons, producing a regular lattice across the plum background. The dark purple tone reads warm and cocooning rather than bright, with the raised-looking geometry catching the light subtly against the flatter ground. Its ordered pattern gives the swatch a smart, tailored character for upholstery.

How to use it

Use Pendant Plum on a statement armchair, ottoman or compact sofa where its deep purple ground can anchor a room. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and quieter mauve or brown textiles to draw out the copper-lined geometry.

The structured geometric weave brings tailored depth to upholstered seating and occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
