About this fabric

The visible weave is defined by narrow, closely spaced ribs running vertically across the full swatch, giving the fabric a softly ridged texture rather than a flat finish. Ganache is a deep, earthy brown with a noticeable russet warmth, creating more depth than a straightforward chocolate or neutral brown. The raised cords catch the light in slim highlights, while the channels between them add darker linear definition. This is catalogued as a fabric from Kirkby Design’s Cordfr collection; no additional performance specifications are supplied.

How to use it

Use this warm russet-brown colourway on a compact armchair, sofa or dining seat where its fine vertical ribs can add tailored texture. Pair it with aged timber, tobacco leather and muted clay tones to draw out Ganache’s earthy warmth.

Its warm, deep russet tone and fine vertical cord texture bring tailored depth to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

Cord Fr Crib 5 Ganache is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
