Orion Vintage Rose

Orion Ii Fabric

Orion Vintage Rose is a quietly nuanced textile in a dusty rose shade, shown here with a close, fine horizontal weave. Its muted mauve-brown cast gives the colour a softened, vintage character rather than a bright pink finish.

About this fabric

The surface is finely woven with delicate horizontal slubbing, creating subtle bands of tonal variation across the cloth. In this colourway, rose is tempered with warm taupe and brown undertones, giving the textile gentle depth and a calm, grounded appearance. The close texture reads as softly tactile and matte, with the lighter threads catching across the surface without creating a pronounced pattern. This is a plain fabric whose interest comes from its restrained colour movement and linear weave.

How to use it

Use Vintage Rose to bring a softened, earthy blush to a tailored armchair, headboard or full-length curtain. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and creams to draw out its taupe-brown depth, or contrast it with cooler stone shades for a quieter scheme.

A softly muted rose with fine horizontal texture, suited to tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
