Sand Terracotta

Rock Fabric

Sand Terracotta has a warm, earthy presence, combining sandy beige with russet and terracotta threads. Its close, finely patterned weave gives the surface a softly mottled character rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a dense, small-scale woven texture made from interlocking pale and red-brown threads. The sandy base keeps the colour light, while terracotta and russet flecks add warmth and subtle visual depth. The compact, substantial-looking weave makes this colourway best suited to upholstery. No composition, rub-test or other performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Sand Terracotta on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm clay undertone can sit comfortably with oak, walnut, cream boucle and natural stone. Pair it with muted neutrals to let the fine woven texture provide the detail.

Use this warm, finely textured upholstery to add depth to neutral seating and wooden furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
