Vector Terracotta

4d Upholstery Fabric

Vector Terracotta has a warm, clay-like terracotta ground with a softly structured pattern of irregular vertical lines. Its closely woven surface gives the colour gentle tonal depth rather than a flat, solid appearance.

About this fabric

The design is formed from narrow vertical bands that subtly shift, break and step across the surface, creating a restrained geometric rhythm. Lighter and darker terracotta threads produce a tactile, tonal effect, while the warm rust undertone keeps the colour grounded and earthy. The compact weave and visibly substantial surface make this colourway read as upholstery fabric, with enough pattern interest to add depth without dominating a piece.

How to use it

Pair Vector Terracotta with warm timber, aged brass and cream upholstery for a welcoming scheme, or use it on a contemporary chair to give a neutral room a deeper clay-toned accent.

Use this warm terracotta upholstery to bring grounded colour and subtle geometric texture to contemporary seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Vector Terracotta without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
