Soho Raven

Soho Fabric

Soho Raven is a deep black textile with a closely woven, finely grained surface. The near-black tone reads as soft rather than flat, with delicate shifts where the light catches the weave.

About this fabric

Viewed up close, this plain fabric has a dense, even weave that creates subtle horizontal and vertical texture across the surface. Its Raven colour sits between true black and softened charcoal, giving the swatch depth without introducing a visible pattern. The low-contrast surface keeps the overall appearance restrained and tailored, while the woven grain prevents the dark shade from looking completely uniform. No performance features or further specification data were supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Soho Raven on a clean-lined sofa, chair or ottoman where its softened black tone can anchor pale timber, stone, warm neutrals or brushed metal. Its quiet woven texture also works well as a dark grounding layer in a monochrome room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
