Flicker Flagstone

Volume Fabric

Flicker Flagstone has a pale flagstone tone that sits between warm grey and soft taupe. Across the surface, fine horizontal variation and tiny woven irregularities create a gently weathered, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

The close, compact weave is made up of pale taupe, greige and lightly cream threads, giving the colourway more depth than a flat neutral. Subtle broken lines run horizontally across the swatch, while small pebbled loops and slub-like changes catch the light without forming a distinct motif. The overall effect is quiet and softly textural rather than patterned, with a cool stone cast moderated by warmer beige notes. No composition, width, usage or rub-test figures are supplied for this exact fabric, so suitability should be confirmed against the intended upholstery application.

How to use it

Use Flicker Flagstone on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its pale stone colouring can soften darker timber and bring texture to a restrained neutral scheme. It also works well alongside chalk, mushroom, putty and muted grey upholstery tones.

Its pale taupe-grey ground and softly irregular weave bring quiet texture to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
