About this fabric

The design is formed from interlocking rectangular bands, with saturated blue blocks set against pale ivory sections and smaller blue-grey details. Fine diagonal hatch marks interrupt the solid shapes, adding a subtle woven texture and preventing the pattern from reading as flat. The cool Bleuet colourway has a measured, graphic mood rather than a warm or rustic one, with the dark blue giving the repeat clear depth. It is catalogued as a fabric, with no performance features noted.

How to use it

Use Bleuet on a tailored armchair, dining seat or headboard where its ink-blue geometry can act as a strong focal point. Pair it with chalky ivory upholstery details and cool grey-blue paint or plain textiles to echo the lighter parts of the repeat.

Use this cool blue-and-ivory geometric weave to bring tailored structure to a chair, bench or upholstered headboard.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
