Kami Lago

Kami Fabric

Kami Lago presents a densely repeated kilim-style geometric pattern in cool blue-grey, softened by chalky cream, pale stone and muted teal details. The overall effect is gently faded rather than brightly saturated, giving the design a calm, collected character.

About this fabric

This 137cm-wide Linwood fabric combines 88% polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, with an allowance of 3% shrinkage. Its repeating arrangement of diamonds, small medallions, angular flourishes and zigzag accents creates a large-scale ornamental surface with a distinctly woven-kilim look. The blue-grey ground is layered with pale cream and stone motifs, while subtle lilac-grey and teal notes add depth without warming the colourway. Kami Lago is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades; care options include delicate washing at 30°C, dry cleaning and sponging.

How to use it

Pair Kami Lago with chalky whites, weathered timber and soft grey-blue upholstery for a cool, relaxed scheme, or use its muted teal and lilac-grey accents to select cushions and trims. The large geometric repeat is well suited to statement curtains or a structured upholstered chair where the full pattern can be appreciated.

Use this cool blue-grey colourway to bring a softly faded kilim character to curtains, fixed upholstery or coordinated seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kami Lago without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
