About this fabric

This plain velvet has a soft lichen tone that sits between muted olive, grey and warm beige, giving it a restrained, natural appearance rather than a bright green finish. Its close, even surface shows gentle nap shading and a soft diagonal fold, adding depth without a pattern. Made from 100% polyester, it is approximately 137cm wide and rated for fixed upholstery in contract and general domestic settings. Allow 3% shrinkage; care is by delicate wash at 30°C or dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use this pale, greyed lichen shade on a tailored sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its subdued green can soften chalky neutrals, warm timber and natural textures. The understated velvet surface brings quiet depth without making the upholstery feel overly formal.
