About this fabric

This plain velvet has a smooth, close texture, with the folded edge revealing a darker sweep where the pile catches the light differently. Its cool turquoise-teal tone is vivid and jewel-like rather than muted, giving the surface noticeable colour depth without a printed motif. At approximately 137cm wide, it is supplied for fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The fabric is 100% polyester, allows 3% shrinkage, and can be delicately washed at 30°C or dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use Pacific on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its cool turquoise colour can become the room’s focal point. Balance the jewel-like teal with warm timber, natural linens or soft cream upholstery for contrast.

The saturated turquoise-teal velvet brings a cool, jewel-like depth to upholstered seating and headboards.
