Lysander Hosta

Titania Fabric003

Lysander Hosta shows a soft powder-blue ground with a traced scrolling vine motif in pale ivory and darker blue accents. The overall effect is airy and calm, with the raised embroidery giving the surface a lightly textured finish.

About this fabric

This colourway of Lysander Hosta comes as a 40cm x 55cm cushion from Linwood’s Titania collection, with duck feathers inside and a dry-clean care instruction. The design reads as a cool, powdery blue rather than a strong turquoise, so the pattern feels fresh and quietly decorative rather than bold. Fine ivory outlines and small dark-blue dots define the scrolling shape, and the stitched texture catches the light gently across the face and reverse. As supplied, it is non-FR, so if used for domestic upholstery it must receive an FR treatment.

How to use it

Use this pale blue version to soften painted wood, white linen and painted panelling, where the embroidery can add detail without overpowering the room. It works especially well in coastal or country schemes that need a clean, cooling accent.

A fresh powder-blue ground that keeps the embroidered vine lively and easy to style.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
