Hermia Honey

Titania Fabric004

Hermia Honey shows Titania’s vertical stripe in a warm, mellow gold with cream woven bands and fine blue accents. The surface reads dry and textural, with a softly tailored feel rather than a glossy finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 63% linen and 37% cotton, this Linwood fabric has the natural, slightly slubby handle you can see in the cream stripes and the matte ground. The honey-gold ground is warmed rather than bright, giving the pattern an earthy depth, while the narrow blue-and-cream wavy stripes add a crisp, decorative edge. With a 4cm vertical pattern repeat and a 128cm width, it suits tailored soft furnishings where the stripe can run cleanly and rhythmically. The 10,000 Martindale rating and Decorative Upholstery grade make it suitable for lighter upholstery use as well as curtains and cushions, though it should be dry cleaned and is non-FR unless used with a schedule 3 interliner.

How to use it

Use this shade to bring warmth to relaxed classic rooms, especially with oak, aged brass or painted timber. The honey tone is strong enough to hold its own, but the cream and blue detail keeps it fresh against neutral upholstery or wall colours.

A warm honey stripe that adds gentle richness without feeling ornate.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hermia Honey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
