About this fabric

This colourway reads as a muted golden tan, with warm ochre undertones and a gently brushed surface that softens the light across the cloth. It is a plain velvet with no repeat, giving the focus to the colour depth and the subtle direction of the pile. The fabric is 137cm wide and made from 60% polyester, 28% recycled polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, with a 100,000 Martindale rub test and contract/general domestic upholstery suitability. It is also FR rated to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, and is supplied by the metre for curtains, loose covers and fixed upholstery.

How to use it

Use this shade on a sofa, headboard or dining chairs where you want a warm gold that feels tailored rather than flashy. It also works well in layered schemes with walnut, tobacco leather, deep green or chalky neutrals.
