About this fabric

This colourway shows a smooth, plain ground in a warm honey gold that sits between amber and soft ochre, with a lightly lustrous finish rather than a high shine. The visible weave has a gently crosshatched, linen-like texture that keeps the surface from looking flat. Made in a 147cm approx width and composed of 46% cotton, 29% viscose, 14% linen and 11% polyester, it has the easy natural character of a blended upholstery textile. The repeat is vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approx, confirming a plain design that relies on tone and texture rather than pattern.

How to use it

Use Tokyo Honey to add warmth to neutral schemes, where its golden tone will lift oak, rattan and tobacco leather. It also works well on a clean chair or cushion when you want a richer alternative to beige without going overly bright.

A warm honey tone with a natural linen-rich texture that suits tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
