About this fabric

This Tokyo colourway reads as a warm, pale bone rather than a stark white, with fine woven slubs and subtle cross-thread texture visible across the surface. The 147cm approximate width and 46% cotton, 29% viscose, 14% linen and 11% polyester composition make it a versatile cloth for curtains or light upholstery where a natural-looking finish is wanted. Its repeat is listed as vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approx, confirming the understated plain appearance seen in the swatch. The overall effect is fresh and restrained, with enough depth in the weave to soften the light without adding pattern.

How to use it

Use this bone tone on slim curtains, relaxed blinds or a simple armchair where you want a calm, tailored base. It pairs especially well with oak, chalky paint colours and darker accents that need a softer backdrop.

A clean bone tone that keeps a room bright and calm, with enough texture to avoid feeling flat.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
