Osao Ivory

Osao Ivory reads as a calm, layered ivory with gentle tonal stripes and a softly nubby surface. The sheer-to-lightweight drape gives it an airy, diffused look as it falls.

About this fabric

Osao Ivory from Larsen’s Timo collection is composed of 47% Linen, 46% Cotton and 7% Polyester, with a width of approximately 149cm and a vertical repeat of 60cm / horizontal repeat of 149cm approximately. The fabric appears light in colour, with a soft ivory base and barely-there cream banding that gives the surface quiet depth without strong contrast. Its linen-and-cotton mix shows a natural, matte texture, while the woven bands catch the light a little more distinctly than the more open sections. With no performance features noted and a Z fire code, it is best read as a refined furnishing textile for layered window treatments rather than a heavily tailored upholstery cloth.

How to use it

This ivory colourway works beautifully in rooms that need brightness without glare, especially against limestone, pale oak or warm white paint. Its understated stripe adds enough structure for relaxed curtains, sheer panels or softly lined blinds.

Use with pale woods and quiet neutrals for an airy, softly layered interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
