Ogata Bone

Timo FabricL9434-01

Ogata Bone is a pale, quietly textured linen with a soft ivory-to-bone cast and a gently structured woven surface. In this colourway, the pattern reads almost tone-on-tone, letting the fabric’s light-catching folds do most of the visual work.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Ogata Bone has a natural, breathable handle and a softly dry look that suits the relaxed drape visible in the image. The fabric is approximately 147cm wide, with a repeat of V 65cm / H 49cm approx, and the design shows a fine, rectilinear texture that sits just above the cloth rather than shouting for attention. This Bone colourway is warm rather than stark, with creamy undertones that make the surface feel mellow and calm in daylight. The overall effect is understated and elegant, with enough pattern to add interest while still reading as a quiet neutral.

How to use it

Use Ogata Bone for full-length curtains, Roman blinds, or light decorative upholstery where you want a soft neutral with visible texture. Its warm bone tone pairs especially well with pale oak, plaster pinks, and other natural linens.

Use for airy curtains or relaxed upholstered pieces where the subtle grid texture can soften a room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Ogata Bone without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
