Mikado White

Timo FabricL9435-01

Mikado White is a crisp, softly luminous sheer with a subtle woven grid effect that reads refined rather than stark. In this colourway, the white feels warm and gently mellow, with the structure staying visible across the surface.

About this fabric

Part of Larsen’s Timo collection, this fabric is made from 100% polyester and comes in an approx. 295cm width, making it especially practical for fuller curtains and wide drops. The repeat is approx. V 2cm / H 1cm, which gives the cloth its neat, small-scale linear rhythm. Visually, Mikado White is a soft warm white with a lightly textural, almost gauzy appearance that catches the light without looking glossy. The finish feels smart and controlled, while the open weave keeps it airy and usable for drapery. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Mikado White where you want brightness without hard glare: it works beautifully over stone, pale oak, and chalky painted walls. Its gentle white tone suits calm, contemporary rooms that need softness and structure in equal measure.

A clean, airy sheer that softens light with a refined, tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
