Mikado Ivory

Mikado Ivory is a light, airy sheer with a softly structured woven stripe that catches the light beautifully. Its warm ivory tone reads calm and elegant, with enough texture to give the surface presence.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a gentle ivory-cream ground with a delicate grid-like weave that creates vertical movement across the cloth. The finish feels crisp rather than fluffy, and the translucent construction lets light glow through while the woven pattern stays clearly visible. Supplied in 100% polyester, it has an approximate width of 295cm and a repeat of V 2cm / H 1cm, making it well suited to wide, tailored window treatments. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are also specified for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Mikado Ivory for floor-to-ceiling curtains, soft Roman blinds or layered sheers where you want a bright, polished finish. Its pale ivory tone sits neatly with sand, oak and chalky whites, adding texture without darkening the room.

Sheer and refined, ideal for layered curtains that soften daylight without losing brightness.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
