About this fabric

This colourway from the Larsen Timo collection is composed of 52% Wool, 35% Viscose and 13% Polyester, with a width of approximately 133cm and a repeat of V 4cm / H 4cm approx. The weave reads as tactile and gently relaxed rather than glossy, so the pale check lines stand out against the deeper ground without feeling sharp. Its gold note is muted by an olive-brown cast, giving the fabric a warm, seasoned look that suits layered interiors. The cloth has enough substance for upholstery while still feeling fluid enough for drapery, making it a versatile textile for tailored furniture or softly falling curtains.

How to use it

Use it alongside smoked oak, aged brass and natural linen to play up the fabric’s earthy gold warmth. In a room with muted greens or deep brown accents, the small check adds quiet structure without stealing focus.

A restrained gold tone that layers easily into tailored schemes or softly textured drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
