Tokyo Aqua

Tokyo Aqua reads as a soft, cool teal with a gently weathered look. The surface has a fine crosshatch texture that keeps the colour feeling calm rather than bright.

About this fabric

Tokyo Aqua from Larsen's Tokyo collection is a plain fabric with no visible repeat, which gives the colour a clean, uninterrupted presence across the cloth. The blend of 46% cotton, 29% viscose, 14% linen and 11% polyester adds a dry, lightly slubbed handle that you can see in the fine woven texture. At approx. 147cm wide, it is practical for both upholstery and drapery, while the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code support everyday interior use. The aqua tone sits between blue and green, with a muted, slightly dusty finish that softens in the light.

How to use it

Use it to cool down warm timber, stone or brass, where the restrained aqua brings freshness without shouting. It also makes a smart plain for structured cushions, blinds or an easy-going armchair.

A cool aqua with a dry linen-like texture that works neatly on tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
