About this fabric
This colourway from Larsen’s Taxus collection is a fabric with a refined, low-contrast weave that reads as a deep teal mixed with forest and slate notes. The supplied composition is 40% Polyamide, 25% Cotton, 15% Linen, 12% Polyester and 8% Viscose, and the cloth is approximately 143cm wide. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, the surface appears essentially plain, relying on texture and fibre movement rather than motif. The image shows a dense, softly mottled hand that suits a smart interior and keeps the shade from feeling flat.
How to use it
Use Tsuga Ocean on a tailored armchair, banquette or curtains where its cool teal depth can balance pale oak, limestone or brushed metal. It works especially well in rooms that need a richer alternative to navy without losing restraint.
A cool, versatile teal that reads elegant on upholstery and grounded in drapery.

Pairs well with
Tsuga Ocean is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
