Manuel Canovas

Agathe Celeste

Agathe FabricM4092-10

Agathe Celeste reads as a calm, airy stripe with tiny celeste blue pinstripes set into a pale ground. The effect is crisp and restrained, with just enough colour to keep the surface lively.

About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric is composed of 55% viscose, 35% cotton and 10% polyamide, and measures approximately 142cm wide. The repeat is very subtle at V 0cm / H 1.5cm approx, which gives the stripe its neat, ordered rhythm. In this colourway the blue is soft and cool rather than bright, sitting against the light ground with a clean, almost chalky freshness. The close pinstripe effect keeps the design refined and versatile, while the blended cloth adds a smooth, slightly composed handle. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Agathe Celeste where you want a light, tailored accent that feels serene rather than nautical. It would look particularly smart on simple upholstery, cafe curtains or relaxed Roman blinds, especially alongside pale oak, white paint and brushed nickel.

A fresh narrow stripe that suits tailored upholstery or light window dressing.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
