About this fabric

This scenic velvet combines misty slate-blue peaks and ivory-grey clouds with charcoal, teal and muted ochre detailing in the surrounding wave-like ground. The cool, desaturated palette feels more stormy and mineral than bright, while the velvet surface gently softens the contrast between the dark background and pale landscape motifs. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. The composition is 24% cotton, 69% viscose and 7% polyester, and after-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Use Grey Skies on a statement armchair, headboard or fixed seat where its cool blue-grey tones can anchor softer stone, charcoal and ivory furnishings. It also makes atmospheric full-length curtains for a room needing pattern without warm or vivid colour.
