Odyssey Fabric

M646 Alpine is a cool silver-grey textile marked by closely spaced horizontal lines. Its softly layered striping gives the surface a quiet sense of movement without overwhelming the pale ground.

About this fabric

The colourway reads as a pale, cool grey, with darker grey threads forming fine horizontal striations across the width. Subtle changes in line density create gently banded sections, while the close weave gives the image a softly textured, textile-like surface. The overall effect is restrained and architectural rather than warm or rustic. A 140cm (55in) width is shown in the supplied image.

How to use it

Use M646 Alpine for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its cool silver-grey tone can balance white, charcoal and pale timber. The narrow horizontal striping works particularly well in a clean-lined, tailored scheme.

The cool silver-grey ground and fine horizontal striping lend curtains a crisp, tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
