M656 Cumin
Timeless Embroideries Fabric
M656 Cumin brings a muted cumin-brown ground to an irregular geometric design, with fine pale lines tracing angular blocks and softened curves. The restrained contrast lets the stitch-like pattern emerge gradually across the surface.

About this fabric
The colour reads as a warm, earthy brown with a subtle taupe cast, rather than a bright or strongly saturated mustard. Pale beige stitching outlines fragmented rectangular forms, while curved sections interrupt the geometry and give the repeat a hand-drawn feel. Its even, lightly textured woven surface allows the lighter linework to catch the eye without becoming stark. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for M656 Cumin; the fabric’s suitability here is judged from its visible mid-weight textile appearance.
How to use it
Use this colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain to bring depth without heaviness. Its cumin tone works especially well with warm ivory, aged oak, clay and muted olive.
Pair the warm cumin ground with natural timber, chalky neutrals and softly aged metals for an earthy, considered scheme.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside M656 Cumin without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
