Wilhelmina Moss

Melsetter Fabric & Weaves FabricMOF0133-03

Wilhelmina Moss places densely scrolling foliage and stylised blooms over a muted moss-green ground. Cream flowers brighten the design, while blush pink, berry red and soft lilac details give the pattern a gently varied, garden-like depth.

About this fabric

The 265 gsm fabric has a substantial mid-weight presence, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications. Its usable width is 140 cm, with a 61 cm vertical repeat and 45 cm horizontal repeat that keep the repeating floral arrangement clearly defined. In this colourway, the moss ground feels earthy and slightly cool rather than bright, allowing the pale foliage and flowers to stand forward while the burgundy and pink accents add warmth. The closely detailed surface shows fine textile grain beneath the intricate floral design.

How to use it

Use Wilhelmina Moss to bring a grounded, botanical richness to a reading chair, ottoman or full-length curtain. Pair its moss base with warm ivory, aged timber and muted blush accents to draw out the colour in its flowers without competing with the pattern.

A richly patterned moss-green floral for layered upholstery, curtains and complementary soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
