About this fabric

The deep blue-black ground gives the design a nocturnal tone, while pale blue-green flowering trees and olive foliage soften its intensity. Fine branches, leafy canopies, water-like horizontal passages and warm russet-brown deer create a densely layered tapestry-style composition. With a supplied weight of 425 gsm, the fabric has a substantial presence suited to upholstery applications. Its 91 cm vertical repeat and 140 cm horizontal repeat allow the woodland scene to read across the 140 cm usable width.

How to use it

Use The Brook Tapestry Blue on a statement armchair, footstool or upholstered headboard, where its deep navy ground can anchor a room. Pick up the pale blue-green foliage with muted painted walls and echo the russet deer in timber or leather accents.

Use this cool, deep-blue woodland scene on a statement chair or ottoman, with warm wood and russet accents to echo the deer.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
