About this fabric

This Morris & Co. wallpaper has a 192gsm construction, a 52cm usable width and a standard roll length of 10.05m. Its warm beige ground is softened rather than yellow, while the taupe foliage and flower heads provide delicate contrast across the surface. The design has a 26cm vertical repeat and a 0cm horizontal repeat, allowing the botanical arrangement to flow continuously across the width. Fine stems, seed heads and sweeping leaves give the large-scale pattern a detailed, engraved character.

How to use it

The muted linen-and-taupe palette suits bedrooms, hallways and calm sitting rooms, especially alongside pale oak, chalky paintwork and textured neutral fabrics.

Use this warm linen-beige ground with natural timber, soft taupe upholstery and restrained, tonal accessories.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
