Floral Tapestry Red/Green

Garden Party FabricFD2033.V90

Floral Tapestry Red/Green has a softly weathered sage-green ground scattered with coral-red flowers, pale cream foliage and small blue-green accents. The close floral arrangement gives the swatch the appearance of a richly patterned woven tapestry.

About this fabric

Made from 60% polyester, 22% linen and 18% cotton, this 135 cm wide fabric combines a muted green base with warm coral, dusty pink, cream and ochre botanical details. Medium-scale blooms and curling leaves repeat across the surface at 42 cm vertically and 45 cm horizontally, creating a continuous garden pattern with plenty of visual depth. Its supplied usage is curtains and bedspreads, making it especially suitable for generous drops, upholstered-looking bed valances and coordinated bedroom textiles. Care requires professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the sage ground as the room’s quieter colour and pick out the coral-red blooms in plain cushions, a painted chest or a warm-toned throw. As curtains, the pattern will bring a softly faded garden character to a bedroom or relaxed sitting room; as a bedspread, it can act as the main decorative layer.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
