About this fabric
The colour sits between muted aubergine and charcoal, giving the cloth a cool, shadowed depth rather than a bright purple cast. A close plain weave creates a subtly mottled surface, while narrow vertical lines bring understated direction across the swatch. The finish appears predominantly matt, with slight tonal shifts where the light catches the uneven weave. Its versatile mid-weight appearance makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery.
